Digital Product Passport (DPP): Fom idea to practical tests.

A room full of people in small discussion groups.

The Centre for Trade and Logistics (REAL) at Lund University brought together a selection of participants from the business community, the public sector and academia for a morning of learning focused on how Digital Product Passports (DPP) are now moving from policy to practical application.

Under the Learn at LUnCH format, participants gained insights from multiple perspectives: from EU work within CIRPASS-2 and industry-specific experiences, to testbeds, innovation and opportunities for collaboration. Discussions centred on how DPPs can deliver tangible benefits for trade, logistics and circular business models, and how ideas can be transformed into testable initiatives in a real-world environment.

Participants in the workshop included representatives from Lund University, Future by Lund, the City of Helsingborg, Wargön Innovation, Wåhlander Innovation & Consulting AB, the Swedish Tailors’ Association, Order Nordic, Ecommerce Park and others.
